Brooks & Sparks understands that an effective transportation infrastructure is the backbone of a thriving society. Our transportation engineering services include the production of construction documents and construction management for urban streets, suburban roadways, multi-lane highways and freeway type facilities for both public and private clients. Our clients rely on us for cost effective engineering solutions that result in projects that improve safety and provide operational efficiency while considering environmental quality.

We have experience in providing complete roadway plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E) for many local agencies, including Harris County Toll Road Authority, Harris County, the City of Houston and various Independent School Districts. The team also has experience in working with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) in several districts throughout the state of Texas.
